1. Are there instances when you used social media and ICT to help someone? How did you accomplish the task?

    Yes, I have occasions where one of my friends would have a hard time navigating through a website, or application. I would teach them ways for basic navigation through things. Number one tip is to always look and read before you click. Because there would be instances where you would mistakenly damage or affect the application or condition of your computer. Not only that, there will be times that hackers can track you through your search history, so best to be careful on sketchy looking websites and advertisements.

2. What were the instances when you used social media for an activity? How did it turn out?

    One of our first one was creating a Facebook page for our Entrepreneurship subject. And providing promotions for our product. There was a social experiment on posting an individual quote through Facebook about cyberbullying. Yes, there would always be feedback like likes, comments, and reactions within the Facebook post in social media. Most of the posts we did went out positive, and worked out well in the long run.
